Project Architect
We are looking for a Project Architect to join our architecture firm here in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is an architect position where the individual will manage and coordinate permitting and planning process.
Major job duties include:
* Manage contract document scheduling with production architects and consultants
* Manage document review and coordination including casework drawings, equipment and graphic elements
* Manage contract documents with respect to change orders and field directives as necessary
* Review submittals & support project managers
Job requirements and qualifications:
* A minimum of five years of experience as a project architect in the retail industry
* Must be Registered or be capable of licensure
* Familiarity with AutoCAD
