Healthcare Job Captain
A Regional Architecture Firm with an office in North Phoenix is currently seeking a Job Captain to coordinate drafters and construction documents for their Healthcare projects.
Unlicensed professional with well rounded technical and design expertise and significant experience in organization, layout, and preparation of construction documents for Major healthcare projects.
Depending on experience, work independently or assist the Project Architect in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team through project’s design and documentation phases and coordinating the CAD drawing development/organization with the aim of producing high quality documents on schedule and within the client's and company’s budgets.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent education)
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture
-Proficient with AutoCAD 2006 or later; REVIT experience a plus
-Committed to complying with established CAD standards
-Experience in using FTP sites
-Technical and communication skills
-Strong experience in working collaboratively in teams
-Skill in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff
